Forged Extended Body Valve
TTF extended body valve have two bonnet designs. One is bolted bonnet, which the body is connected with bonnet by bolts and sealed by spiral gasket (316SS filled flexible graphite), and available to follow metal sealing ring for special requirements by the client. The other is welded bonnet, which the body is screwed with bonnet and fully welded sealing. And it may be connected by fully penetration welding for customer's special request.
Extended body valve is applicable to gate valve, ball valve and globe valve.
Design Structure and Features:
A. TTF extended body valve in conformity with API 602 and API 606.
B. Inspection and test as per API 598.
C. Markings as per MSS-SP-25.
